We had noticed this property continued to be listed without the proper presentation. The property had amazing potential and good bones, however the previous agents weren’t assisting the seller in the process of getting the home ready sale. The property had no curb appeal and didn’t show well. The furniture was laid out all wrong and there were no touches throughout to make the property appealing to potential buyers.
We hired a gardener to spruce up the front of the house and partially staged the property for the seller. It didn’t need much, but just a little vision and effort. We scheduled professional photography and aerial photography to show off the impressive lot size and worked on all of the marketing pieces and re-introduced it to the market. We generated a lot of interest through social media by targeting specific buyers for the area, since the home was located in a great school district. Our open houses were super successful and within 7 days of listing the property, we had 3 offers and got the seller $40,000 over list price.
